Okay so I ordered this mask and was super excited about it to come in. Sadly I never received the mask photographed. I instead was sent a mask similar to this except with more color and patterning to it. I did try to reach out in regards to this mix up using the contact form provided on this website but never heard from them. However, I will say the quality of the mask I received was great. Very light but sturdy and such a statement piece. I'd have been incredibly happy with it had it been what I initially ordered, but again I placed an order for the mask photographed above that had white/gold horns, lace, and feather earrings on the mask's ears, yet never received it. The mask I have is the same construction but the details are not even remotely similar. Overall I'm disappointed I did not get what I paid for, but I thought the quality was good for the mask I received in it's place.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
