Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Handling:

At iLoveMasks, we strive to process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 business hours. Please note that large party and wholesale orders (8 or more items) may require additional processing time to accommodate customization requests.

All hats, headgear and masks are carefully packaged in a box.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic U.S. Orders:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days after order processing.
    • Expedited Shipping (U.S. only):
      • Priority Mail Rush: Delivery within 3–4 business days.
      • Next Day Air: Delivery within 1–2 business days (Please allow 1 business day for order processing).
      • Note: For bulk orders, please contact us directly to confirm expedited shipping options.
  • International Orders:

    • Standard delivery within 10–15 business days after processing. 

Important Notes on Delivery:

  • Delivery times may be impacted by weather events, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), additional delays may occur.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility. Please consult your local customs office for information on additional charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

At iLoveMasks, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

 General Return Guidelines:

  • All items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging, including boxes, bags, tags, and any accessories.
  • Returns without original packaging may be declined or subject to additional fees.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 Processing Time:

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed once received and inspected. 

Restocking Fees:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to items returned without original packaging, or items that show signs of use or damage.
  • For orders valued at $300 or more, a 15% restocking fee applies to cover preparation and restocking costs. 

 Return & Exchange Instructions: 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 


Wholesale & Bulk Orders Policy

All wholesale and bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable. However, we offer exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect if reported within 7 business days of delivery. 

Exchange Conditions for Wholesale Orders: 

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging, unused, and unaltered.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.
